ResChef, is my Creation, just a passionate Venetian Guy, who had the chance and opportunity to travel around the world while working for a large corporation, more precisely 15 years, 55 Countries, over 600 cities.
You can probably imagine how many breakfast, lunches and dinners in Restaurant, Fast foods, Corner Stores, Food Trucks, B&B, Farms, private houses, you name it. Always asking questions and taking notes, and then reproducing some of these recipes on my own home, sometimes adding a personal touch.
After all this time i understood that any recipe can be changed and improved by adding your own personal touch, because at the base, a very good recipe can be awesome for someone or just very good for someone else.
Taste is a personal thing, and taste can be influence by many external factors like your state of mind, who you are sharing it with or even the environment, if you are stressed or relaxed, anxious or calm but something remains sure is that if you use the very best quality ingredients, better if local grown and you follow the recipes, you will be able to enjoy one of the best gifts of life, a Restaurant Chef Style meal.
